Text messaging program
ViaCare Health LLC (d/b/a Palm Beach Physical Therapy) operates a text-messaging program to communicate with clinicians in our service pool. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.
- Program description. We send scheduling and credentialing notices to clinicians. Messages are transactional and operational only — we do not send marketing or promotional messages.
- Who receives messages. Clinicians who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive texts from ViaCare.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on scheduling and credentialing activity.
- Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
- Opt-out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. You will receive a single confirmation, after which no further texts will be sent.
- Help. Reply HELP for help, or email info@viacare.health.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
