We contract with home health agencies to provide vetted, credentialed PT and OT clinicians who deliver skilled therapy in the home — keeping agency caseloads covered with survey-ready documentation and no missed visits.
Patient care and payer relationships remain with the contracting agency. ViaCare supplies the licensed clinicians and the credentialing, compliance, and scheduling infrastructure behind them.
