This Privacy Policy describes how ViaCare Health LLC (“ViaCare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida limited liability company doing business as Palm Beach Physical Therapy, collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with our website at viacare.health and our text-messaging program. By using our website or providing information to us, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Information you provide. Contact details (name, email address, telephone number, agency or employer), professional and credentialing information from clinicians, and the contents of messages you send us.
- Mobile and messaging information. Mobile phone numbers and messaging-consent records for individuals enrolled in our SMS program.
- Automatically collected information. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through routine web logging and analytics.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and communicate with agencies, clinicians, and partners;
- To schedule visits and coordinate coverage, and to manage clinician credentialing, licensure, and compliance;
- To send transactional text messages (see “Text messaging” below);
- To operate, secure, and improve our website; and
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
Text messaging (SMS)
ViaCare Health uses SMS text messaging to send scheduling and credentialing notices to clinicians in our service pool. Our messages are transactional and operational in nature. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
- Consent. We send text messages only to individuals who have provided their mobile number and agreed to receive them, typically during onboarding or engagement with ViaCare. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or engagement.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on scheduling and credentialing activity.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt-out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may continue to receive operational communications by other means.

How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with: service providers and subcontractors acting on our behalf (such as scheduling, messaging, and IT vendors) under appropriate confidentiality obligations; the home health agencies we contract with, as necessary to coordinate clinician coverage; and government or regulatory authorities where required by law. Subject to the SMS provisions above, we share mobile opt-in data with no one for marketing purposes.
Data security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may opt out of text messages as described above, and you may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements.
Children’s privacy
Our website and services are directed to businesses and professionals and are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly.
